The portal is intended for creating and maintaining user accounts, submitting security reports, exchanging technical information and documenting the handling of each case.
The portal is not intended for standard commercial inquiries or routine product support unless the matter directly concerns the reported security issue.
Users must provide true, current and complete information. Account data is used to identify the reporting party, maintain communication and manage access to cases.
Where an account is used on behalf of an operator, customer or other organization, the person registering confirms that they are authorized to represent that organization in relation to the reported matter.
Transfer Into The Portal
FIBRAIN may also receive reports through forms published outside the portal, including on FIBRAIN or HALNy Networks websites, and may automatically create an account, a report or both within the portal.
Effect Of Acceptance
Statements, confirmations and acceptances made before the external form is submitted are treated as part of the registration and reporting process that is subsequently handled through the portal.
Users must use the portal in accordance with its purpose, applicable law and the responsible vulnerability reporting rules. The portal must not be used for unlawful activity, abuse, impersonation or content unrelated to the matter being handled.
FIBRAIN may request additional information, clarification of the issue or confirmation of the user's authority to act in relation to a product or organization.
FIBRAIN may assess a report independently or in cooperation with the manufacturer, importer, product owner or technical partner where needed to confirm and remediate the issue.
Receipt of a report in the portal does not automatically confirm the existence of a vulnerability or acceptance of every statement made by the reporting party.
The rules governing personal data processing are set out in the separate Privacy Notice available through the portal. The responsible vulnerability reporting rules supplement these terms and apply to the entire handling process.
